This Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, courses, sessions, workshops, keynotes, digital products, and materials offered by Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC / Yoga4Face®.
By purchasing, booking, enrolling, or accessing any Yoga4Face® offering, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because Yoga4Face® offerings may include digital access, reserved time, preparation, intellectual property, energetic commitment, personal guidance, embodiment work, spiritual work, and transformational support, refunds are not provided once a purchase, booking, or enrollment has been completed.
Refunds are not provided due to:
change of mind,
lack of participation,
inner resistance,
discomfort with the process,
avoidance,
failure to attend sessions,
failure to complete the work,
failure to use or access the materials,
failure to implement the provided guidance,
or unwillingness to continue the process.
By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge that you are making a conscious commitment to the work and that your participation, integration, and results are your responsibility.
Due to the nature of digital products, online courses, videos, recordings, PDFs, downloads, and course materials, all purchases of digital products and online programs are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Once access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
For private sessions, calls, consultations, or appointments, you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited and are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For group programs, mentorship, intensives, or longer-term experiences, your enrollment reserves your place.
Refunds are not provided if you choose not to attend, participate, complete the work, or continue the program.
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled early unless otherwise stated in writing.
For keynotes, workshops, corporate events, retreats, or in-person experiences, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed in the written agreement, invoice, or booking terms for that specific event.
A booking is not confirmed until payment, deposit, or written agreement has been completed according to the agreed terms.
Deposits, retainers, or booking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price according to the agreed payment schedule.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the offer, course, program, session, materials, or experience.
You remain responsible for all outstanding payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Renée Ambarees Isermann LLC may be considered a breach of this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to provide documentation of your purchase, access, participation, agreement to terms, and communication history in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Results vary from person to person and depend on many individual factors, including your personal circumstances, consistency, participation, choices, physical condition, emotional readiness, nervous system capacity, and willingness to engage with the work.
A lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
